Testwood Lakes Sailability respects the rights, dignity and worth of every person and will treat everyone equally within the context of our sport.

Testwood Lakes Sailability is committed to everyone having the right to go boating in an environment free from discrimination, victimisation, intimidation, harassment and abuse. The organisation will act appropriately on any reported poor conduct.

Testwood Lakes Sailability will ensure that where practical any members accessing boating will be:

• Able to participate in an environment in which their rights, dignity and individual worth are respected

• Assured of participating in an environment in which individual differences and the contributions of all participants are valued.

All Testwood Lakes Sailability members/participants are encouraged to challenge discriminatory language or behaviour and promote a fair and welcoming environment for all.
